CUSTOM PRECISION & PRODUCTION CNC MACHININGOur CNC department can accommodate parts up to 118"x63"x28". We are happy to provide large quantity production services, as well as small batch quantities. Our team is able to work with a variety of materials, ranging from aluminum, to hard milling applications. All of our machines are capable of running modern CNC milling cycles to increase tool life, increase efficiency, and keep tooling cost down.

JIG & FIXTURE BUILDINGBennic Tool & Die has provided jig and fixture services to several manufacturing companies across many industries. We are happy to work with our customers to provide design advice and assistance when required.
Using our large CNC bridge mill, we can handle workpieces up to 118"x63"x28". This allows us to manufacture larger jigs/fixtures than most shops. |
